Set in the run down North Prospect area of Plymouth, overwise known as Swilly, three blokes share the same dingy bedsit. Join dopey Brian Blunt, camp Dick daley and slobbish Stinking Rich in their crap Devonshire adventures. Possibly the best cartoon to ever come out of Plymouth (probably because it is the only one) an animated cartoon series is in the process of being developed.
